fa11 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the fa11 platform and its users. fa11 is an online betting and casino platform providing services in the Bangladesh market.

These terms are aligned with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. fa11 reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised terms.

All services of fa11 are provided for entertainment purposes only. Before using the platform, users must confirm that they are aware of the legal restrictions in their own country or region.

To open an account and use services on the fa11 platform, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for 21+ only).
• You must be a real individual — not a corporate entity or a bot.
• You must have a valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number.
• One person may open only one account.
• You must not be located in an area where online betting is completely prohibited.

3.1 Registration Process

To register with fa11, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is a violation of the terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

fa11 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify fa11's support team immediately. fa11 is not responsible for losses caused by third parties if the user shared the information themselves.

3.4 Single Account Policy

It is strictly prohibited for one person to hold multiple accounts. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all accounts may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

fa11 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

• bKash: Minimum deposit ৳500
• Nagad: Minimum deposit ৳500
• Rocket: Minimum deposit ৳500

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in special circumstances, processing time may be longer due to verification.

The payment method used for a withdrawal request must be the same account used to make the deposit. Requests to transfer funds to a third-party account are not accepted.

4.3 Transaction Verification

fa11 reserves the right to verify any transaction. If an unusual transaction or suspected fraud is detected, the transaction may be temporarily held. In such cases, please contact fa11's support team.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fa11 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit for newly registered members, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Specific terms and conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts in a coordinated way to obtain bonus benefits is prohibited.
• fa11 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

fa11's VIP program has 5 levels. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP levels based on their regular activity and participation. VIP benefits apply only to eligible members and fa11 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa11 platform:

• Fraud, manipulation or gaining an unfair advantage through dishonest means
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds
• Attempting to compromise the platform's software or systems
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual
• Placing bets or depositing/withdrawing funds using a third-party account
• Harassing or behaving in an abusive manner toward other users
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits

If these prohibitions are violated, fa11 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Bet Validity

For a bet to be valid, it must be successfully recorded in the system. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

8.2 Pricing Errors

If there is a clear error in any odds or pricing (for example, unusually high odds), fa11 reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding any bet or payout, fa11's support team must be notified within 48 hours. fa11's decision will be considered final.

fa11 is committed to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

Users' personal information will be used only for providing services, verifying identity and fulfilling legal obligations. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties — except in response to valid requests from legal authorities.

10.1 Suspension by fa11

fa11 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected
• If cooperation with the verification process is not provided
• If a directive is received from a court or law enforcement agency

10.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact fa11 via live chat or email. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met).
